My passion for the health and fitness industry stems from mental health and the incredible effects movement has on the mind. Living in the 21st century it is extremely easy to get caught up on our outer appearance and the pressure society puts on us, however I have turned my focus towards working from the inside and from there you will flourish. Living each day in your true presence, nourishing from the inside out and being able to use your body at its full potential is my definition of optimum well-being. After 7 years of being a qualified personal trainer, I have now also branched out and am a qualified Mat work Pilates instructor allowing me to give balance to all my clients. |

Hey hey! My name is Jasmine Heron, but please call me Jas! I am 20 years old, and I am a POP Pilates instructor. This means I teach traditional Pilates to the beat of the music. Essentially, it is a dance on the mat! Pilates is often core focused, however, my class includes everything from, booty, abs, upper body, thighs, obliques, back, flexibility – even cardio! It is so different from any other class you’ve been to, and I guarantee you will want more! I chose to get certified about a year ago and I made this decision as soon as I realised out I could. I found Cassey Ho (the founder of POP Pilates) on YouTube at the end of 2015, and this discovery came at the best time for me. At that time in my fitness journey, I was really unmotivated and uninspired. This started me on my journey of self love and acceptance, and anyone who knows me knows I am such an advocate for mental wellness. Cassey changed my life, she showed me an amazingly fun outlet for stress, and made me feel loved. My aim is to help everyone feel the same fun stress-relief and love that I felt, (and still feel!) when I do POP Pilates; all whilst building a friendship too! |

My name is Gavin and I am a certified personal trainer who runs Bring The Energy. I am currently 19 and have been training in a gym environment since the age of 14 and fell in love with the challenges fitness provides both physically and mentally, with fitness being my escape through tough times. I have experimented with strength training, hypertrophy training, sports relevant training, crossfit style workouts as well as various cardiovascular exercises. I offer 1 on 1 personal training that includes a weekly exercise program to complete outside of sessions for long lasting results. I also include nutritional guidance and email support to assist in reaching my clients goals faster. |
