8 Week Spring Challenge - We are back again for our final 8 week challenge for the year. This is a great time to put your mind & your body to the challenge as we will be finishing up just before the well deserved Christmas break.
Our 8 week challenges are suited for everyone regardless of what stage you are at on your fitness journey. Although there will be plenty of other people participating in the challenge, we promote this as an individual challenge as we want you to focus on being the best YOU. We want you to focus on Commitment (to the classes), Control (of your diet) & Balance (in your personal life).
Our last challenges saw a collective total of 65+ Kgs of weight loss and 15+ Kgs of Muscle gained. How much would you like to contribute to this total personally?
We have South Australian Body Analysis (SABA) coming in to for our body scans and new fitness testing to track your progress in the challenge.
We love running these challenges and seeing incredible results for our members.
