FIT is Revs' take on conditioning and all things cardiovascular fitness.
Having good cardiovascular function across the entire spectrum is crucial for both everyday life and those training for performance. Our FIT program offers a good amount of variety with the constantly changing format of sessions and exercises included in the programming. The program follows a monthly progression by gradually increasing the duration/difficulty of the sessions and peaking at the end of the month. Training like this keeps things interesting for our clients with the variety and keeps you injury free with the volume and workload management.
