Each time you enter Revolution Health Clubs, there will be a qualified personal trainer/group fitness instructor there to assist you with your exercises and techniques. Rest assured with our small class sizes you will get any help you may need to feel like you are getting the most out of each session. You aren't just another number walking through the door at Revs. Leave it to our trainers to assist you on anything and everything you may need to make sure that every time you come through our doors you feel like you are exercising in a safe controlled manner to make sure you get towards your goals in the shortest possible time as well as injury free. We care about your results and making sure you are training in an environment that makes you not only enjoy fitness but makes you feel comfortable and safe! Our classes and programming cover every component of fitness to make sure you are ticking all of the boxes and have a fit, strong and healthy baseline level.
